After reading chapter 8 Case Activity 8.1, answer the questions below. Develop a strong argument and support your statements with evidence from the course reading material. Be sure to cite your references and be concise and articulate your ideas thoroughly (follow the rules of discussion postings).
If you were in Katherine Wilson’s shoes, what steps would you take next?
