This is a two part assignment.
Part 1: Listening
Write a report on your personal plan of action to be a better listener. The word limit is 500. You can submit a report with fewer words but you cannot exceed the limit. Your report should make clear use of the readings and materials to address the following questions:
What do you consider your areas of strength as a listener? Explain.
What do you consider your areas of improvement in order to become a better listener? Explain.
What specific steps will you take to improve your listening effectiveness? These steps need to address your areas of improvement.
Remember the maximum word limit is 500 words.
Part 2: Trust
Write a list of 5 questions you would use to inquire about trust building and effective communication in the country of Ukraine to understand what exactly does TRUST mean in their culture (Ukraine)
