1. Now that we are further in the semester, what about your needs assessment would you change? What aspects do you think were accurate and what might need amended due to what you’ve learned? Explain. (If you are happy with your assessment please explicitly explain why).
2. How could your proposed training be used by employees to advance their careers within your organization? Why do you feel training is critical to career development (or not)?
3. Describe the investments that organizations must make in order to train and develop employees. Do you feel that these investments are being made at your example organization or is this an area of growth? Explain.
4. Has conducting this needs assessment exercise and subsequent discussions helped you better understand the complexities of training & development? Why or why not? Explain.
