Develop a crisis management on a Continuity of Operation (COOP) plan
1. Design, develop, and implement a crisis communications plan.
Communicate and train members of the crisis communications team on their roles and
responsibilities.
2. Exercise/test the crisis communications plan.
3. Review and update the crisis communications plan on at least an annual basis or more frequently if exercise/test results, regulations or changes to the entity warrant.
