And please address EVERY comment in the attachments and the additions below. My dissertation committee went through the entire document and made suggested changes. All of the changes need to be corrected. In addition, the overall dissertation needs to change from a qualitative to quantitative now. Throughout the paper, you mention that I will be doing interviews. I will not do interviews, I’m doing survey questions so please make sure the paper reflects that throughout.
Lastly some of the things, they want added are as follows:
1)What role does the U.S. military play in introducing people to the field of cybersecurity.
2)Add in a physical table that shows the different percentages of what Black Americans versus others
3)Clearly define what cybersecurity is
4)What impact does politics play in diversity, equity and inclusion and how has that forced companies to hire Black Americans
